Mark Lugo, the Sommelier Picasso Thief, Sentenced Again

Sadface is right.
Sadface is right.

Mark Lugo, the former wine steward who already got a sixteen-month sentence for swiping a Picasso drawing in San Francisco last summer, was just sentenced to another one to three years in a New York court for similar crimes there. He already plead guilty to second-degree grand larceny for taking, among other things, a $350,000 Leger drawing off the wall of the Carlyle Hotel. His only defense: He liked nice things, and may have been having some kind of manic episode. [CBS, Earlier]
