Why It May Be Better to Dine in Hawaii Than Mozza This Thursday

The Four Seasons Resort Hualālai in Hawaii just might be the best L.A. dining option this week, as four of our chefs are heading to The Big Island property for “Made in America,” Lucy Lean’s five-day gathering of cooking classes and chef-driven meals. Mozza principals Nancy Silverton and Matt Molina will both be there on Thursday to lead a class and dinner, followed by Josiah Citrin on the 2nd and 4th, then Ludo Lefebvre on the 5th, leading into the opening night of his ninth version of LudoBites, being held at the resort over the following ten days. Now, how do you get there?

If you haven’t racked up enough miles to hit Hawaii, all you have as a last hope is a contest. Simply make a reservation for any table in L.A., San Francisco, or Seattle on UrbanSpoon and you will be entered into the running for two round-trip tickets, four nights stay, and dinner at LudoBites for two.
