Chef gets his Speedo on.
Some big-name chefs are joining Garrett Weber-Gale, who won two gold medals for freestyle relay swimming in the 2008 Olympics, to raise money for swim classes for underprivileged kids. Daniel Humm, Daniel Boulud, Tom Colicchio, and Florian Bellanger will dive into the kitchen on Saturday, February 11, at the Bouley test kitchen, where each chef, along with Garrett, will cook one course in the chefy, splashy meal.
