What to Eat at Brasa, Now Open in Berkeley

As we told you last week, former eVe chef-owners Christopher and Veronica Laramie have morphed their University Avenue restaurant into a fast-casual, Peruvian rotisserie chicken joint called Brasa. It opened last night, and now we bring you the full menu, which includes at least one new surprise: salchipapas, which is pan-fried sausage tossed together with french fries and different sauces.

Also you should note that they have a lovely back patio and rose garden. See the full menu below.
