When that brawl erupted last spring over spaghetti-eating on the train, the MTA raised the idea of a food ban, but in typical fashion got nowhere. Now, however, if a proposed measure by State Senator Bill Perkins goes through, subway scarfers may have to pay a $250 fine, CBS reports.
