Quince recently underwent a brief remodel of their bar and lounge, adding new lighting and a sixteen-seat lounge area with new seating and tables meant to allow for dining. Additionally, they’ve added a new bar menu with various cocktail-friendly small plates like a warm pressed buttered lobster toast with black truffle; and a tasting of three fish crudos. Our favorite item: royal osetra caviar by the one-gram spoon for $25, with blinis and accompaniments.
