Saturday’s Bockfest Beer Festival has been sold out for a spell, but it doesn’t mean you can’t get your swerve on with a few tasteful foreigners this week. Tonight, over 20 Australian wine regions will be represented at “Around Australia in 80 Sips,” a tasting of over 80 premium wines from Down Unda’. Enjoy Guy Grossi’s crikey canapes, pour out a little liquor for the Croc Hunter, and belligerently insist that everyone’s knives are, in fact, not knives, at Spectra at The Pacific Design Center tonight at 7:00 P.M. for $75.
