Opa, the stylish Greek restaurant that the brother and sister team of George and Vasiliki Tsiouris brought to Midtown Village last year, will begin hosting happy hours tomorrow. For their first, the Tsiouris siblings and Chef Andrew Brown some complimentary snacks and drinks. The only hitch is, they’re saying exactly when; only that they’ll be giving up the goods for “unannounced half-hour intervals between 5 and 7 p.m.” Following tomorrow’s launch, Opa will offer happy hour specials every Monday through Friday, where they will have specials on food and drink.

Each happy hour going forward will present guests with the options for $1 skewers, $2 sliders, $3 Greekified fries and $3 meatballs. And for your drinking pleasure, Opa will also offer discounts on beers, wines and cocktails — $3 craft drafts, $4 house wines and $5 specialty cocktails.
