You know that old saying about how some days the bear bites you and other days you get to bite the bear? Well, throughout the week BYOB Matyson is offering guests the opportunity to bite more than the bear with a special wild game tasting menu. Okay, there isn’t a bear to speak of, but Chef Ben Puchowitz will plate a bunch of other critters from the wild kingdom, including wild boar, rabbit and venison.
