Over the weekend, sandwich-empire builder Ike Shehadah just opened Ike’s Lair at 2204 Broadway, next door to Plum, Plum Bar, and Bakesale Betty in Oakland. And as the Scoop reports, they’ve got a special copycat menu item called The Bakesale, which is meant to be an “homage” to Bakesale Betty’s uber-popular fried-chicken sandwich.
