It was clear from last week’s Entertainment Commission meeting that the commissioners were more sympathetic to the combo-meal needs of late-night revelers and less sympathetic to the complaints of grumpy neighbors in the case of that Jack in the Box in the Richmond. Well, at last night’s meeting, after a brief tabling of the item for further outreach, they went ahead and approved the restaurant to stay open between the hours of two and six a.m. It’s good to know the commission is trying to make S.F. less of a sleepy town with hardly any 24-hour eats.
