Downtowners have all the luck. While Drago is soon set to close in Santa Monica, Drago Centro is rolling out a third meal next Tuesday, with breakfast being served on weekdays from 7:30-10:30 A.M. Early birds will eat Ian Greslik’s breakfast classics with Italian influences, like poached eggs with crispy potato terrine and black pepper fonduta, smoked salmon served aside toasted ciabatta, eggs sunny side up with guanciale and truffle spud hash, and a scrambled egg panini with fig mostarda and cotta ham.
