Yes, it’s a Big-City Barbecue world and we’re all living in it. And suddenly, for Park Slopers, house-smoked ribs are becoming as popular as house-trained toddlers. Eater reports that in addition to the opening of Reno Provisions, a barbecue bad boy by the Palo Santo people, now the hungry New York chain, Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, is coming to the same block.
