This Makes an MBA Seem Far More Appealing

Score one for Babson College: They’ve announced that Bizarre Foods’s Andrew Zimmern will be their “entrepreneur-in-residence.” (Surely it requires an entrepreneurial spirit to consume things like roasted raccoon.) Zimmern will work with the Lewis Institute’s Social Innovation Lab as well as the Lab’s Food Sol, an action tank focused on innovation in the food system. He kicks off his Babson stint on February 6 with a campus lecture, open to the public. [Babson, Globe]
