Japanese fusion restaurant Ame, inside the St. Regis, has brought back their wintertime tradition of serving warm fugu fin sake, which was once a delicacy reserved only for elite businessmen but is now found canned in vending machines. Per NBC’s Good Taste: “Though more in the neighborhood of soup than tea, it’s still its own singular sensation that intensifies as it is downed.” [NBC]
