Local 149 has a new weekday deli-within-a-restaurant, called Pinky’s. Expect “serious sandwiches” made at the bar by a sandwich jockey with fun ingredients and fresh bread. Co-owner Jason Owens hopes that Southie will benefit from a “real deli experience.” The menu recalls an upscale luncheonette. Have a look below. (Bear in mind that it might be tweaked a bit before the official launch, but this should give you a good idea of what to expect.) Pinky’s should debut tomorrow for all your midday carb cravings.
