Though it’s way too soon to be talking or thinking about Mardi Gras, the Khyber Pass Pub is embracing the spirit of the Big Easy this weekend, and every weekend hereafter with a new NOLA-inspired brunch program. The new menu features a selection of Cajun and Creole creations, like Boudin and eggs, shrimp, Tasso and smothered Anson Mills grits, and of course a Bananas Foster French toast made with Leidenheimer bread imported from Louisiana. And since nothing gets the good times rolling quite like a properly poured breakfast cocktail, the Khyber’s rolling out a host of new drinks to compliment the new brunch offerings. The New Orleans brunch is served every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Peep the full menu straight ahead.
