Over at the Insatiable Critic, Gael Greene has a hot tip that a “Hotel Buddakan” could sooner rather than later perch itself on top of Chelsea Market. Cool? Not Cool? We’re not sure. Chelsea Market is not a landmark building, although there is a very sensitive gray area, which is — no doubt — being ironed out by Stephen Starr and his staff of imaginary chambermaids.
