Greek meze saves the day.

It was a heartbreak indeed when Christos Valtzoglou had to close his restaurant, Heartbreak, just two days before Michelin awarded it a star. Now Valtzoglou tells Diner’s Journal that he’s turning the space into a Greek restaurant called Boukies to honor his Greek heritage with small plates of meze and only two main courses to choose from: whole grilled branzino and lamb chops. Like we’ve said before, it’s a Greek resto world and we’re all livin’ in it. [Diner’s Journal/NYT]
