Han Chiang
If there’s a guy you can trust to keep a secret, it’s Han Dynasty’s Han Chiang. Apprently he’s been working on opening another of his Sichuan firehouses. It’s going in on Main Street in Manayunk. And, seemingly out of the blue this morning Chiang tweeted that he would open it on Friday! The Insider added that the Dynasty’s latest outpost will open in what was most recently Beijing Homestyle, which was once a Ben & Jerry’s, at 4356 Main Street. [Twitter;Insider]
