
Tonight marks the kickoff of a guest-chef week at Fifth Floor, where chefs Dominique Crenn (Atelier Crenn), Jeff Banker (Baker & Banker), Brandon Jew (Bar Agricole), Hoss Zaré (Zaré at Flytrap), and Matt Accarrino (SPQR) are each taking the restaurant for a spin, in that order. This will be followed by a special menu on Saturday, December 10, from Fifth Floor chef David Bazirgan.
