As Anella’s owners prepare to open Bellewether in the old Royal Oak space, Grub learns that Calyer is launching brunch this weekend. We got ahold of the menu, which features such creative hangover-busting fare as a Southwestern Benedict riff made with masa cakes and shaved veal tongue, a duck confit tostada, or a steaming bowl of caldo gallego, with pork belly and root veggies in bacon broth. See the full morning-after lineup (served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.) here.
