B-Side’s new incarnation?
Raise a glass: Brick & Mortar, the egalitarian cocktailery from B-Side and Enormous Room alums, debuts this evening at 7 p.m. per a Chowhounder in the know. This is very exciting.
As we mentioned last week, the all-star B&M; team wants to focus more on “hospitality” and on “the patron.” In other words: Service will be damned good, whether you order a beer or an obscure permutation of absinthe and honey wrung from the sweat of endangered bees.
