Nee The Mighty Ducks
While we’re still waiting for LAX to improve its food options, it appears Orange County’s John Wayne Airport is about to get a whole bunch of new places to eat like Jerry’s Wood-Fired Dogs, Pinkberry, and a location of Pei Wei. Soon, the airport will also have a bar and grill named and decorated for the Anaheim Ducks. Yep, the hockey team inspired by a Disney movie has inspired its own restaurant, where fans voted for the name Anaheim Ducks Breakaway Bar & Grill and the team’s winning moments will be screened continuously. No word yet on whether or not there will be anything named for Emilio Estevez, but there will be draft beer and peanut butter moon pies before takeoff. [Anaheim Ducks/OC Register]
