What to Eat at 4 Corners, the New Replacement for Unwind on Union

That was fast...
That was fast…

Looks like they learned something from the Canadian Gordon Ramsay about cutting their losses! In a one-week switcheroo that brought a new name, paint job, concept, and menu, the owners of Unwind on Union just closed and reopened as 4 Corners (1875 Union Street), a southwestern restaurant named for that spot on the map where Utah, Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico meet. The share-plates-focused menu, which you can check out below, was created by Foreign Cinema chef de cuisine Kevin Davidson, and as Eater notes it takes the cuisines of Texas, Colorado, New Mexico and the Yucatan as inspiration. Also, there’s a separate menu of bar bites, and a cocktail list put together by Aziza bartenders Christopher Longoria and Brian Galli.

Please note that there will also be brunch, but it doesn’t launch until the week after Thanksgiving.
