The seaside location of Chaya is holding a “Venison Fair” starting November 28th and ending December 11th. Shigefumi Tachibe has consulted on a menu of dishes all featuring venison, such as a venison chile con carne ($21), a venison burger ($22), and venison meat balls ($23). The menu will be available Mondays through Thursdays for the city’s venison votarients, while the regular menu will also be served for those not wanting to walk on the wild side.
