Tsujita’s tsukemen
Japanese import Tsujita is finally offering its selection of ramen, the element it was supposed to be dedicated to in the first place when opening on Sawtelle in August. Even better, the small restaurant is now serving lunch, opening the doors to Zach Brooks, who details “how dedicated they are to each bowl of ramen.” While this may mean that “no other ramen place in West L.A….cares as much about what they’re putting out,” it unfortunately also means the meticulously crafted ramen is only served here from 11:30-3:00 P.M., while dinner will embrace the forward-leaning izakaya dishes served since opening.
