The Garage
In what looks like promising news for Palms, an ambitious new construction is taking shape as The Garage, a lunch and dinner restaurant with outdoor seating on Motor Avenue in the former home of Cucina Paradiso. The project has both a Facebook page and website currently idling, though both need a few tweaks to offer more details as the restaurant becomes road-ready. The name alone gives us Ford’s Filling Station vibes, revving up hopes for some sort of butcher-befriended house of strange and sundry cuts. But the one one positive asset we can confirm? These gear-heads are licensed to sell booze, hopefully flooding parched Palms with a worthy new drinking destination.
