Route 6, Stephen Starr’s new seafood-centric effort up on North Broad Street, opens to the public tonight. The restaurant, which takes its name from the stretch of highway that runs the length of Cape Cod all the way out to Provincetown, embraces the cuisines of the Atlantic Coast. Chef Anthony DiRienzo has come up with a menu that covers American seafood staples from Maine lobster rolls and New England-style fried Ipswich clams to Maryland crab cakes and cedar plank rainbow trout. There’s also extensive raw bar options, as wells as landlubber fare, like fried chicken and a filet mignon. Check out the full menu straight ahead.
