Stateside, the long awaited addition to East Passyunk Ave.’s growing collection of restaurants from Green Eggs owners and former Barbuzzo chef George Sabatino, will finally make its debut on Saturday. Meal Ticket reports that the opening menu, which is broken down under Meats & Cheeses, Pickles, Small Plates and Larger Plates headings, will feature a foie gras and butternut squash mousse, bourbon-brined chicken breast and oysters with pomegranate mignonette. It’s going to be tiny with just 28 seats and 12 at the bar. It’s also one of the last remaining restaurants from our Fall Restaurant Preview that’s still not open. After Saturday, it’s all down to American Sardine Bar and Hop Sing Laundromat. [Meal Ticket]

Stateside, 1536 East Passyunk Ave., (215) 551-2500.
