See Some Knicknacks at Parm, Now Serving Lunch
Today’s the day that Torrisi’s next-door offshoot, Parm, opens for lunch service (dinner will launch in a couple of weeks). We’ve already told you about the changes taking place, but here’s a quick reminder: Lunchtime sandwich offerings will move to Parm, while Torrisi becomes a sit-down, prix fixe lunch place (though note that Torrisi is now closed through November 11). Grub got a peek at the many knicknacks adorning Parm’s interior, which together aim to harken back to New York deli traditions, as well as a “fifties diner vibe,” said partner Jeff Zalaznick. See for yourself in our slideshow.
