Later today (which is actually Wednesday) in Tokyo, the local kids from OPENrestaurant will be opening their interactive “edible art installation” at Content, the restaurant within Tokyo’s Museum of Contemporary Art. The OPENharvest event, which marks the culmination of their trip through Japan, will feature food by Japanese and California chefs, as well as interviews with farmers and documentation from their trip.
