
Meme’s David Katz is cooking up a staff meal for the entire house on Sunday, and he’s bringing in Prime Cuts author Marissa Guggiana for the feast. Her latest book, Off the Menu compiles stories and recipes for meals to served to staffs at some of the country’s trendiest restaurants. The $55 price tag covers five courses and a copy of the book. With a menu that includes a spinach, potato, Gruyere frittata, potato gnocchi with lamb neck ragu and a pork pot pie, all we can wonder is: if this is a staff meal at Meme, how can we get a job there?
