New Filthy-Named Food Blog Launched By LTHForum Veteran

Blankerberg on blank.
Blankerberg on blank.

We’re used to a small subgenre of restaurant blogs which describe food in obscene terms, of which Chicago Gluttons is, to our mind, the champ. The new Fuckerberg on Food seems to be confining its obscenity to the name, which it comes by on the highest authority— it was bestowed on author Kenny Zuckerberg by no less a personage than Graham Elliot during a fight on Twitter. (Zuckerberg pointed out at the time that he’d been hearing it since grade school.) As “Kennyz” on LTHForum and “@Kennethaz” on Twitter, Zuckerberg has long been something of a sarcastic contrarian and sacred-cow butcher, though it’s clearly because it matters to him. We think that’s a valuable role to play on a discussion site, to ward off happy talk and groupthink with strong, well-informed principles articulated snarkily. And not just on discussion sites— we think the whole food scene benefits from some of that. So we welcome Fuckerberg on Food and encourage him to cut loose— this latest post is depressingly positive.
