Nero’s Steakhouse at Caesar’s Atlantic City recently revamped its concept and menu offerings. The new retooled concept, now dubbed Nero’s Tuscan Steakhouse, shifts the restaurant’s emphasis from primarily steaks and chops to dishes inspired by Italian classics. Chef Keith Mitchell’s latest bill of fare still offers plenty of meaty options, like a 20 oz. dry aged T-bone, Colorado Lamb, and of course the 16 oz. Prime Delmonico, but joining the beefy bonanza are things like an extensive antipasti bar, handmade pastas and hand-pulled mozzarella. Keep reading to see the newly refreshed menu.
