
All we ever seem to hear from our East Coast bredren is “Momofuku this” and “crack pie that.” So what welcome news to read Squid Ink’s report that Mokofuku Milk Bar pastry chef Christina Tosi will be coming to Roy Choi’s Chego next Tuesday to sign copies of the Momofuku Milk Bar book. According to the Kogi blog, Tosi will eschew what she calls “tit shit” to dip into a rice bowl or two, and will also come strapped with “a little sumptin’ sumptin’” for fans to eat.
