Radius and Tico’s Michael Schlow doesn’t put much stock in TV cheffing, although he did appear on the first season of Top Chef Masters (for charity, mind you). Says he: “If you want to be a TV chef, go to acting school, not culinary school.” We always suspected that Rachael Ray could be the next Meryl Streep, if only she’d work on her accents a little bit.
