A couple weeks ago Matyson’s Chef Ben Puchowitz blew the minds of Philly diners with a pho he made with foie gras dumplings. Hands down, it was the highlight of his “Eat Like a Chef” tasting menu. This week he’s at it again, and this time he’s turning his attention to duck. And we’re certain that the menu’s soft cooked duck egg, accompanied by truffled linguine, brussel sprouts leaves, and shaved foie gras could easily have the same brain melting effect. And that’s just one of the special bill of fare’s totally quacked -up concoctions. Keep reading to see the full menu.
