Evidently, laying down the smack on his former attorneys has not prevented John Fraser from thinking about his next move. Following tons of liquor-license drama at now-shuttered temporary restaurant What Happens When, it looks like the chef-restaurateur has abandoned pop-ups in favor of a more long-term culinary venture. Real estate sources say Fraser is close to a deal on a space in Greenpoint, where he plans to open a more casual eatery.
