Months after the fire that nearly destroyed Clinton Hill’s brand-new (and super-inspired) taco joint Cochinita, the restaurant will relaunch on Saturday, December 3 at noon. Owner Adam Frank says the team has “risen from the ashes,” with even more attention to cooking and restructuring, and invites customers in for giveaways and promotions all weekend long.
