Calamansi cocktails coming right up!

Speaking of Asian-influenced mixology, Pleasure Palate previews the November 20th Filipino food and cocktail pairing that will strike Downtown’s Nola’s, in partnership with Six Taste. $50 buys guests the chance to try five dishes from chef Edric Ocampo, including a Manila-style lechon roasted pig and okoy shrimp fritters. Dishes will be paired with the likes of a Manila Mule (Buffalo Trace in place of vodka) and a margarita made with calamansi citrus and Corzo, among the four offered Philippines-inspired cocktails.
