To celebrate their recent shout-outs by John Mariani in Esquire, chefs from Ray’s and Stark Bar, Sotto, and Playa are teaming up for a three-part dinner, with a separate collaborative six-course menu coming to each of the restaurants over the next three consecutive Mondays. The first dinner will be November 21st at Ray’s and Stark Bar, where Kris Morningstar will be joined by John Sedlar, Steve Samson, and Zach Pollack to prepare different dishes on a $75 six-course menu. The following Monday will find the same chefs gathered together at Playa, while December 5th will rally the whole crew at Sotto. Unfortunately, no further details are to be found anywhere on what the chefs are cooking up, but come on, with these four, it’s pretty sure to be stupendous. Plus, the series will serve as a benefit for Toys for Tots band asks attendees to bring one unwrapped toy as a donation. Reservations can be made individually with each restaurant.
