Vic Casanova, ready for his close-up

Culina chef Victor Casanova is entering Kitchen Stadium next month on the Christmas episode of Iron Chef America. No word on whether or not this will be “Battle Crudo,” but in anticipation of the secret ingredient, the restaurant is holding a contest on Facebook that lets you vote for one of the five potential elements (duck, pasta, lobster, turkey, and pork). At the end of the contest, old Vic will conceive a special menu based on the winning ingredient. Play the game on Facebook and root on Casanova come December 25th.
