Lula Cafe remains the gold standard for restaurants dressing up on Halloween, and this year’s Taco Hell theme was one of the best. Chicagoist has some pics of the full environment, including of the Special Guest Devil, Rick Bayless. There was something familiar about Bayless’s look and it finally struck us what it was— it comes from the couple of Simpsons episodes where Ned Flanders is revealed to be the Devil (“It’s always the one you least suspect, neighbor!” says the infernal Flanders in the Treehouse of Horror version of “The Devil and Daniel Webster”).
