Cooking Channel star and part-time San Franciscan Aida Mollenkamp will be making an appearance next week on The Biggest Loser’s Thanksgiving episode, showing contestants how to enjoy the holiday without gaining back several of the pounds they’ve just lost. Today, she shares her full menu, including a recipe for a rather enticing-looking low-cal take on pumpkin pie — a pumpkin custard made with light coconut milk instead of cream, topped with pecan and walnut streusel and whipped tofu.
