Birthdays can excuse all sorts of behavior, and celebrities have been known to rely on this idea like the rest of us. While Susan Sarandon rang in her 65th at recently opened Pulqueria this week, Zach Galifianakis took a different approach to commemorate his special day. The comedian kicked off his 42nd birthday with a pregame an interview at The New Yorker festival on Saturday, where he sipped Budweiser tall boys and brought 500 mini-cupcakes for the crowd. His Bored to Death co-star Jonathan Ames celebrated this week, too — this and more celebrity settings, straight ahead.
