We know, we had you at “cheese and drinks.” For a very reasonable price ($20) this Sunday from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m., support the American Cheese Education Foundation and try nearly a dozen of Wisconsin’s best cheeses, including the award-winning Pleasant Ridge Reserve from Uplands Cheese Company, Bleu Mont Dairy’s bandaged cheddar, and Dunbarton Blue from Roelli Cheese Haus— paired with cocktails from Death’s Door Spirits and beers from Goose Island. The event will be held at Kendall College (on Goose Island itself) and tickets are available from Pastoral Artisan Cheese or Marion Street Cheese Market.
