The time has come, and LYFE Kitchen, the new fast-food chain focused on under-600-calorie meals — conceived by a couple of former McDonald’s execs and Chicago chef Art Smith — is ready to be born in Palo Alto tomorrow. The name stands for “Love Your Food Every day,” and one of their opening taglines is “Lyfe [sic] is sweet when you’re caring for the earth and its children.” Aww. We told you it was coming, and gave a preview of the menu, but below we’ve got the whole printed thing, prices, calories, clean fonts, and all.
You’ll note that the highest-calorie item is the Classic Burger, at 591 calories.
