
This Thursday evening, Chaya Brasserie will host a dinner as part of the James Beard Celebrity Chef Tour in Beverly Hills. New York’s Marc Forgione (as well as father Larry and brother Bryan Forgione) will be in the restaurant, joining the restaurant’s exec chef Harutaka Kishi for a 7:30 P.M. single seating dinner priced at $175. Each chef will cook a course, with Forgione making chili lobster with Texas toast and and Kishi preparing his signature hamachi mole with Dungeness crab and topping the bash off with dessert.
