The team of Raymond Ho and Kin Wai Lui, who brought you Tataki in Pacific Heights and Tataki South in Noe Valley, are still building their sushi empire, it looks like, as they look to open their second new spot in a year. Tataki Glen Park will be taking over the space formerly occupied by Red + White/Sel et Vin, the shuttered wine bar at 678 Chenery Street. A little under a year ago they opened Tataki South (1740 Church Street), where Jonathan Kauffman later experienced “some anti-maki prejudices.” Expect Tataki Glen Park sometime early next year, since the liquor license app just went in.
